Pasta Makers

OK, so I'm watching Iron Chef America last night and one of Bobby Flay's sous-chefs whips up some killer fresh pasta...it's been on my mind all day, dreaming of that carbonara-style dish. So here you are, some nice pasta makers...have at it! And if you want to invite me over for dinner, that's fine too. :-)
